How much will I pay for freight?
The freight charge will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The freight is calculated based on the weight, destination and address type of your order.
How long until my order is delivered?
For delivery to major mainland cities and their surrounding areas, please allow one working day from the date of clearance of the payment, on items that were in stock when the order was placed.
For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-3 working days.
Important note!
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers who MUST obtain a signature at time of delivery - they are not permitted to leave goods without a signature of someone at that address. Further our couriers may ask you for identification.
A card will be left at the front door if you missed the delivery. It includes details on how to arrange for re-delivery.
If an item gets returned to Shop4MacandPC, Shop4MacandPC have the right to charge you shipping for the item to be re-delivered.
Once your order has been dispatched from Shop4MacandPC, we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect it to another address.
If the goods are for home use, you might want to have the goods sent care of your work address, as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver to your home (deliveries can occur anywhere between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays, depending on your postcode).
